Please let me take this opportunity to apologise to those effected by yesterdays server maintenance and downtime. In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of our shared hosting packages, upgrades were needed to our network-level capabilities.
Please note our server support team made every effort to limit any downtime during this maintenance period and did not expect sites to be inaccessible for long. Sadly some of the sites we host witnessed more downtime than others, this included TidyDesign.com.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and apologise again for any inconvenience that this maintenance may have cause. These upgrades are necessary to ensure that our shared hosting service is stable and reliable on a long-term scale.
Over the next couple of days Tidy Design will be monitoring updates and sites hosted on upgraded servers. Thanks again for your support and understanding during this period.
