Setting up your Tidy Design email account has never been easier!

Please note you can use the auto-configure options to attempt to automatically configure your email client when you are logged into your email account online. Tidy Design offers a webmail facility, here you could setup an auto-reply, change your email password etc however we do strongly recommend that you use a mail client to manage your mail / address book.

Manual Settings for your mail client.

If you need to use the Manual Settings information to configure your mail client then please see below:

Mail Server Username: email+domain.dom
Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.dom (Port 110)
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.dom (Port 25 or Port 26)

Please note you will eat up server processes by connecting to your inbox 24/7 via a mail client or mobile device! Keeping server processes to a minimum (Checking for mail every 15 minutes or so rather than every second) allows us to offer website hosting from just £75 P/A! If you have one or more email account connected 24/7 using a mobile device then you will be classed as Advanced Hosting! Please view our price list to find out more about our hosting fees.
