If you would like to update any graphics, text, add or remove pages then please note the following points:
1. Make a note of the exact webpage you would like updating/removing.
2. Double check the spelling of the text you would like us to add.
3. If you are updating an image please make sure you attach the file as a jpeg to retain quality.
4. Please do not send us several emails containing a paragraphs worth of updates broken down into sentences. (Please send one document)
5. Please note that updates are charged at our hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.
6. We will invoice you once all updates are completed and not before.
7. Due to the nature of our work please allow 5 working days for updates to be actioned.
8. If an update is classed as urgent then will we make sure it is done ASAP!
